Winter
La Campana is situated 30 minutes from Valmorel, on 45 minutes from Les 3 Vallées en Paradiski, the largest ski area in the world.
In winter, cross-country skis and snowshoes will be indispensable to walk round the nearby ski runs of Nâves, in a wonderful snowy Alpine landscape. You may visit the ski area with a shuttle, on 5 car minutes from La Campana.

The Tarine is THE cow of our area. The cows provide us with milk and cheese.
You may visit the Moûtiers milk factory.
Visiting the old 'fruitière' in Villargerel offers you a chance to discover the history of cheese making.

Baroque art
The Chemins du Baroque invite you to discover a number of magnificent little churches. The nearest one, the Saint Martin church, situated in Villargerel is one of the most beautiful examples of baroque architecture (1600-1750), with its altar and its rich decorated polychrome retable.
Every year in August a baroque music festival takes place in these churches.

Markets in Moûtiers: every tuesday and friday morning.
We suggest the excellent goat cheese, made by Isa and Pierre-Vincent Vibert on their Ferme de Montfort. You may taste them when you have diner with us.

The town Moûtiers, with its interesting cathedral, offers to its visitors a rich historic past (museum and old streets), but also a typical towncentre with excellent restaurants.
In Aigueblanche you may shop for all your daily needs. In the village you can also visit a unique oil mill from the year 1729.
